- Open-source research
- Foundational work is published in public: determinism tooling, benchmarks, and reference implementations anyone can check.
- Spinout thesis
- Validated artifacts with real demand emit as standalone companies, each with its own domain and identity. Flynn is the first.
- Retained stake
- The lab keeps provenance and an ownership stake in what graduates, so the lab succeeds when its companies do.
