Entropy is structure.

Bare-metal machine intelligence.

We surface the latent intelligence in the silicon you already have.

The thesis

Find the structure. Build it exactly.

Every hard problem has structure in it. We research until we find it, then build it directly into small, deterministic systems: ternary signatures, lookup tables, a few kilobytes of C. The result runs on a microcontroller, gives the same answer every time, and holds up in front of an auditor.

The full thesis
01 · Research
A hard problem, funded by a sponsor or worked in the open.
02 · Prototype
A working system with numbers attached.
03 · Validation
Independent tests on the hardware it will ship on.
04 · Graduation
A company with its own name, domain and customers.

Prototype

A ternary soft-silicon operating system for ESP32-class chips. It is the adaptive layer that runs beside Flynn's certifiable core.

Prototype

Image classification with zero learned parameters: ternary signatures, an inverted index and integer lookups.

Flynn, our first graduate.

Flynn left the lab in 2026 and now operates as FlynnComm.

Flynn

An equipment-health monitor in 8,480 bytes of C99. It learns the machine it watches, locks its threshold, and runs bit-identically on any silicon, entirely on the device. FlynnComm is in discussions with industrial and aerospace buyers.

Why it graduatedBuyers can check every claim themselves. On the NASA IMS bearing dataset it ran 120 hours with zero false positives and called failures about 17 days early. It is deterministic by design and built for DO-178C and IEC 61508 certification.
